As a member of VicTennis Inc I agree to abide by the rules and policies of VicTennis Inc. I understand that I play in VicTennis organised events (such as the Monday night competition, Sunday social tennis and occasional tournaments) on the basis that my membership of VicTennis does not include any form of insurance cover, and that I agree that VicTennis or its Committee members will not be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage suffered by me in respect of: (a) the theft, damage or destruction of property, or (b) any personal injury.
